GSA Meetings & Upcoming Agenda

The GSA posts the preliminary agenda and final agenda for an upcoming council meeting here, as well as the last meeting’s minutes. These will be emailed around the week prior. For the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic years, Council meetings followed the parliamentary procedure known as Martha’s Rules, summarized here, which may be used in future meetings.

2024-2025 Council Meetings

The Council will be meeting on the following dates:

Fall Quarter Meetings

  • October Meeting: Thursday the 24rd, from 5:00pm-6:00pm @GSC.
  • November Meeting: Tuesday the 12th, from 12:00pm-1:00pm @GSC.
  • December Meeting: Thursday the 5th, from 5:00pm-6:00pm @GSC.

Winter Quarter Meetings (2025)

  • January Meeting: Thursday the 23rd, from 5:00pm-6:00pm @ Graduate Student Commons (GSC)
  • February Meeting: Thursday the 13th, from 5:00pm-6:00pm @ Graduate Student Commons (GSC)
  • March Meeting: Thursday the 13th, from 5:00pm-6:00pm @ Graduate Student Commons (GSC)
